The show is organised for the community by the community and the AGM is the opportunity for this year’s committee to report back on the success of the show and agree how any money raised will be shared among local community groups, amenities and projects.
And we will also be looking ahead and sharing plans for the future.

All posts on the committee will be re-elected on the night.
Every year it is the enthusiastic committee and wide team of amazing and willing volunteers who make the show such a success. So why not come along and find out how you can get involved, either by joining the committee or volunteering to help in advance or on show day itself?

Grant applications
All community organisations within the parish of Brompton Regis, including Withiel Florey, are invited to apply for grant ahead of the AGM.
Applications should be emailed to showtreasurer@mrwoodman.org by 11 November at the latest.
Any organisation making an application should state a target figure and is expected to send representative to the AGM on 18 November.
